I was lookn on the internet for new headers and wrap and I came across this Mimo electric supercharger is says it gives you about extra 15-25 horses any truth or is this thing a peice of crap?

You probably better off trying to use a leaf blower.

no good they work up untile a sertain point and then it restricts ur motor from breathing. so no it ant worth it . my boi has one and i put it on for him on a eclipse, low end power it works but wen u get into the high rpm u loose power.

You would probably get better gains from leaf blower, and how rediculous that sounds, its pretty much the same as that "electric supercharger".
