ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    fan trouble

im having some trouble with my fans. i swapped out my front motor mount(torque strut mount, dog bone) yeasterday and after that i tried putting on my a/c fan(i was missing it and was just running with the rad fan in my car). on an auto there is a trans line that bolts in place with the lower screws that go on the fans bolt in. i tried bolting it on and it started leaking trans oil. (quick fix the hose was old and dried out and cracked) fixed that today. theni went ahead and placed in the a/c fan. i had it laying around it was new and i had tested it before and it is good, it turns on the motor on it is good. now i ran it for like 20 min and neither the rad fan or the a/c fan came on. before my rad fan would come on after a while, it never over heated, now neither of them turn on. it still doesnt overhead, i dont even see smoke or anything. i ran it a good while to school and back, about or close to 45 min-1hr and nothing. no overheating. ima try bridging the therm switch tomorrow see if they turn on already checked the fuses and both are good. my heater is working too good it blows hot air like crazy. but when i turn on the ac the fan wont kick in. only other thing i can think of besides the therm switch would be the relays but i have no idea how to check those any help is much apreciated thanks.

I just took the fan relay fuse, and swapped it with the power windows fuse. (if you have them). It worked my windows, so it definitely worked. I just hooked my fans to a toggle. Saves the trouble. But, some people are pressed on getting them to work the right way, which couldn't be hard to figure out.
