Car starts to vibrate at 30 mph or 3000 rpm. Whichever comes first. This is with the minimal amount of throttle needed to accelerate. Once past 30 mph or 3000 rpm its smooth as silk but only with slight throttle pressure. Harder throttle will also bring on the vibration. Highway speeds are attainable but the vibration comes on when rpm reaches 3000. That's about 70 mph. I recently had both axels replaced. The vibration started shortly after so I took the car back. They replaced the axels again. It still vibrated. They rotated the tires and the vibration lessend. Said I needed new tires. Got new tires and the vibration is still there. After researching many threads here I am thinking motor mounts. Before I dive into that does anybody have any thoughts on what else it could be?

CB007 has vibrations at 70mph speeds. Ended up being his front motor mount. If that's not your case, check the other mounts.

i had the same prob. bent intermetate shaft. kept blowin my motors. would spin a bearing on the bottom end. i did everything new axels, rotors, tires, ect. and changed the shaft and gone.Comment

finally fixed
It was the drivers side axle! The place that did the axles kept trying to blame it on the tires. With the new tires and axle it's smooooooth now.Comment

Could've told ya that. I had this problem, and it happened to be the drive-side axle also. Also needed new upper control arm bushings. Good to hear you got it fixed though.
