turns out our great Wi winter has taken its toll on my exhaust system. i was wondering how you guys felt about some of those fleabay complete kits? i have gotten some estimates from local shops in my area and they still cant come close to the price of some of those kits on there. Any one out there had any experience with these setups? good or bad? i have my eye on this one but thats mainly due to the cost.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/90-91...3A1|240%3A1318

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Some of the ebay stuff is hit and miss. But when it comes to exhuast and everything else, you get what you pay for. Also since your buying off of ebay, something goes wrong, and the guy you brought off of is in some other state, he can hide...verses the local guy, if osmething goes wrong, he's got no where to hide.
So bottom line: if you can afford the stuff that you take to a local shop, do the local shop. Just do your homework beforehand.

I ordered one as a cheap fix after the wife's exhaust rusted in half and fell down, leaving her stranded one day.
It didn't fit.
After an added trip to the exhaust shop to extend the front of the exhaust, we haven't had an issue in a couple of years.
The stock exhaust on my '91 just finally fell apart a couple of days ago, and I'll probably just order another one of these cheap exhausts. I can't see spending $3/4/500+ on a car that l got for free and swapped with an engine I had laying around.

can you just replace the section that is broken?...if it pipe b then replace that if it cat back replace that. Some time there is no need to replace the whole system
You might want to check Tasauto
I got my cat back from them and they are pretty good quality

OMG ANOTHER WISCONSINITE LOL! haha.
I would not go with ebay at all man, our winters RECK anything not ceramic coated or stainless, not to mention the quality of the welds usually blows.
I may be selling my ws2 exhaust, to go for a custom setup Its still in great shape and since your local it be a cheap because you dont have to worry about shipping. Hell I'll even help you bolt it up if I have time.Originally posted by deevergote..It's not cheap to build a fast CB7, especially NA. However, if you're willing to put the money into the car, it's well worth it in the end. There ARE faster cars out there, but some people, like me, want THIS particular car to be fast!...
