ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

JFYI almost every hose sold in most parts stores (unless its a factory replacement) is a cut to fit style.
there are some that are direct but most are molded with some room for adjustment. its more cost effective for the manufacturer and more space saving for the parts house.
efficiency. go figure....

LMFAO. I can do more than that. Tire pressure, little squeegy thing you clean the windows with. You know, hard things.Originally posted by H22artman View Post^^^^^see these last two guys??^^^^^^
because they can cut rubber hose with a sharp object they can now proudly call themselves better mechanics than you, OP.
sorry
truth hurts.....

changing your oil is tough too.
the toughest part is unscrewing the filter by hand....

even more off topic....Originally posted by Brandoncb7 View PostYou're supposed to change the filter?!?
I thought that was optional.
Ok i'll shutup. Sorry for getting off topic.
no bullshit. my girls 2005 CR-V. according to Mitchell is supposed to have its (non-synthetic) oil changed every 10k miles and the filter every 20k!!!
i dont give a shit what honda/mitchell reccomends.
im changing oil/filter every 5k on synthetic...
that just sounds crazy to me.

A razor blade gripped in a vise grip is a good trick for cutting those hard-to cut things. Of course industrial strength scissors work nice too.Originally posted by project_x View PostThats what i was thinking about the hose, it might fit other apps but anyway i have just about every tool imaginable and cutting hoses that thick is not in my arsenal....even razor blades.however my industrial strength sissors worked just fine.and when you have to cut a radiator hose for yourself let me know if you had an easy time with it sissyman..whatever that is
