Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

How hot is your turbo?Originally posted by WhiteGhost View PostHonestly...My guy says don't worry about it..He never ran one..But my turbo is hot.....I have a aluminum radiator and popped the hood up and took my gaskets out of the hood...I still think its to hot..And yes its oil cooled.I know its hot i just want it to last....Well see I have that and only one opening left like i said ...I only have ThRee oles one is for the turbo feed line and the other is oil pressure...I do have a f22a6 but when I got it did not have a oil cooler on it...My car came stock with a f22a1...
Are you running coolant through the turbo housing?
A turbo exhaust housing is the equivalant to an exhaust header - Of course it will be hot.

Before you can say its too hot, you need to know if it is too hot or not.Originally posted by WhiteGhost View PostYes I know this bro...I don't know how hot the turbo is..I know its hot as exhaust...... wow its on the header?...No its just oil cooled.....Thats what im saying no coolant lines there for I want it to run cool as i can.....Theres no coolant hook ups either,,,Just oil cooled
Its like saying "I have an oil leak" yet there's no oil dripping on the ground, the oil level isn't going down, and you can't see a leak.

well all understand what your boy is talking about...buttt just think for yourself about how lubricated a engine and turbo bearings need to be...this lubrication would only efficiently at a certain engine temperature...why do you think the thermostat only open at high temps and not at very low temperatures..this is because the engine needs to maintain a high level temp for the oil lubrication to work efficiently...now take away that which the engine needs and you will have a unhappy engine...
before you go dropping a oil cooler on anything...put a oil temp gauge on your engine first...look at the honda pdf manuals and see what oil temperature is required for the engine to operate and maximum efficient..then for sure...you yourself wouldn't even question weather or not you need a oil coolerNew paint job and bumper 8/8/11

I understand...About the temp and how the oil works under the temp...But i guess I was asking If its a good idea to run one or not..And I know theres is a stock oil cooler on the f22a6 which i have and dont have one...So i was thinkn if the motor came with one stock why shounld'nt i run one after putting on a turbo?I also looked around and seen that not every f22a6 has one on there unless they where taking off?But i seen how they where hooked up and im good on that...I don't know I guess I'll just put a temp gauge on it and see..Thanks.....I know you guys that run dsm turbos have a spot to run coolant through which is nice...thats how the stock f22a6 oil coolers work off of the coolant from what i understand and seen...I wish i could run one of them and keep my oil sandwich plate...Without changing a hole bunch of stuff around....Only give advice when I know or have done it and it worked
