i would just do the five speed swap and turbo the F22. With the money saved from the H22 you could build a decent turbo setup. Also I would get some ARP head studs.

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Only if you plan on installing a turbo.
Of course, if you have to ask this question, I think you should stop right there. Stop planning on modifying your car. Stop asking what parts you need to buy... and buy a book. Or two.
I suggest Honda/Acura Engine Performance by Mike Kojima, and Maximum Boost by Corky Bell (only if you think you want turbo... the first book has a lot of turbo info as well, but this one goes into more depth.)
Without knowldege, you're going to blow that engine up before you even get a chance to enjoy it. Stop thinking about what you should buy, and start learning about what you have to do.

Like everyone said, this topic is one that is better SELF assessed, first you need to know the diffaculty level of swapping a engine, or building one for boost, with the right research, tools, and time one can acheive anything. I can tell you that building your stock F22 to handle a good amount of boost its going to cost alot of money if your not doing it yourself. the head will need to be built, as well as the block, what i would do is find a shop that works solely on hondas, and get it priced. before i learned for my self how to do things (which i do not know everything believe me) i checked a price out to get my f22b build and boosted the shop told me anywhere between 6500-to 8000 dollars, thats with tuning included. now take for example buying a h22 or any other preformance honda engine, and having a shop put it in , also priced engine pull and install that was in the area of 2400 dollars, not including the price for the engine and trans, which in my case was 1100 dollars shipped to my door step. when all was said and done, after buying suspension parts brakes rims tires fuilds axles clutch and flywheel. i spent in the range of 5800 dollars mind you i did all the work my self. what i would do if i were YOU, and this is my opinion, is do the things that are listed in the DIY section, I.H.E. and suspension, and save the rest for a fresh paint job some JDM lights, OEM fogs, and everyone here will love your ride with the stock f22Ax in it._____________________________

Is this thread still going?
I think someone should finally make a H22 vs F22 thread . . .
IMO it would basically be:
Thread Title: H22 vs F22 Debate
First Post:
If you want an F22 - Swap in an F22
If you want an H22 - Swap in an H22
Factors:
The H22 has Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control, the F22 doesn't.
The H22 has 2 Camshafts, the F22 has 1 camshaft.
The H22 has Fiber Reinforced Metal cylinder walls, The F22 has Iron Cylinder walls.
The H22 has a different ECU to the F22.
The H22 has a different trans to the F22.
The H22 has a compression ratio between 10.0:1 and 11.0:1, the F22 has a compression ratio between 8.8:8 and 9.3:1.

If you then decide to add turbo (Turbo F22) into the equation you get a whole new set of results.
OP you need to decide what you want to do, no-one here is going to decide for you.
The VERY first thing you need to decide is what do YOU want?
Is there a specific HP you are looking at trying to achieve?
Do you want a turbo just so you can "blow off" at everyone?
Do you want a reliable car?
Do you have a second car to drive while you build / swap?
Do you have the funds to support what you want to achieve?
