ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Now it might not be a headgasket. Does it only smoke for like a min when you 1st start it up for the day? But when does it overheat?

No it only smokes when I start the car all the time . And it also shakes a bit when it idles at the start . It over heats when I'm idling at a light but it has a new radiator , thermostats only a year old and I change the coolant like every three weeks or so . The other day before even starting it I checked the radiator cap and all this pressure came out of the radiator :\

                  I had the same symptom.

It was very hard to start in the cold and if it start the car would idle and sound like a subaru and big puff of white smoke. When it warm out everything idle fine.

when i drive and at the red light my car would overheat. Idle like a mad man. I have to keep filling up coolant every other week.

What i did was replaced Headgasket

                  check your coolant level.

Check to make sure your fans are working. Make sure you're changing the coolant correctly. Bleed the system of any air. Also check your oil for water/coolant and your coolant for oil.

Mine don't run after I turn off the car. As far as I can tell they only turn on when I hit the A/C

From my understanding, if there's air in the system the coolant won't flow properly. I think there's a "bleeder valve", but I don't know where. Somebody
                              will chip in.
