ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    injectors difference f23/f22

Alright i went and changed my f23a injectors in and took out the f22b1 injectors out...now i need to know if it was that change that gave me a small boost at high range rpms. now my car aint red lining till like 7000 rpms..
would that give me a real boost like that..? i want to know if maybe i can swap a h22 intake manifold with fuel rail would it give me more power or its not possiable...

The H and F series have the same fuel rail.

More fuel does not equal more power... so swapping injectors won't do a thing for you.

F23 injectors are OBD2. Is your F22B1 OBD1 or OBD2? (you're not giving very much detail as to what you're actually running... it's clearly not a stock CB7.) I believe both are 235cc anyway.
    What ECU are you running?

I don't believe the H22 intake manifold is usable on an F22B1.

Also all of the F23 injectors are the same 240cc flow rate as the rest of the F22A & B injectors. Difference being that all of the F23 injectors are high impedance. Where as the F22A & B injectors are all low impedance.

If you saw a boost in power swapping back to your stock F22B1 240cc injectors. That difference would probably be that the high impedance 240cc F23 injectors wouldn't have worked as well with the resistor box in place.

Only intake that will fit, with IAC mod, is the F23 IM. Adding larger injectors without the appropriate ECU or a tune will give you no added gains.
