So I go outside turn my alarm off, and tried to open my door. It was still locked, so I turn my alarm back on, and off and the doors are still locked. I have had my alarm for 2 years. What could the issue be, and how would I go about fixing it??

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Yes my door locks work manually, but when I hit the power lock switch you hear a click, but it doesn't work. Could it still be something wrong with my alarm system?Originally posted by cloudasc View PostDo your door locks work manually when you hit the power lock switch on the door?
I have read a couple different places say that it is the little grey box, but why would both sides, driver side and passenger side be out?Originally posted by Koochologist View PostIt could be the actuator on the door or maybe the little gray box thats on the driver side door I think that box controls the door locks.
That kinda makes since because it has been freezing outside lately, and i may have a slight leak.Originally posted by real_mckoy View Posti temporarily experience something similiar to that when i asked my mechanic he said it could have been the actuator or something like that i dont remember. I don't think the issue is with the alarm system, its with the way the normal power locks function. Check fuse #27 under the hood.Originally posted by cfmurray View PostYes my door locks work manually, but when I hit the power lock switch you hear a click, but it doesn't work. Have you checked the fuse for the alarm system? Does it even beep at you / flash the lights when you try to unlock it with the keyfob? I've had the fuse on my alarm go out, and it disabled my locks, but I don't ever remember it clicking when I hit the door switches, unless your referring to the slight click the switch actually makes.Originally posted by cfmurray View PostAwesome!! thanks so much for the diagram, and info! I have not checked the fuse for the alarm, but it does beep/flash at me. The clicking i am talking about, either using the alarm or manually using the power door lock switches, it clicks as if wanting to work, but doesnt. Get this last night I am driving home, and i tried using my power door lock, and it works. I tried it 5 min later driving home, and stopped working. lolOriginally posted by cloudasc View PostHave you checked the fuse for the alarm system? The gray box I believe is the control box that sends the signal to each door. I would just snag one from the jy and try it out and see if that fixes your problem you could always un plug your alarms brain and try to use to power locks without the alarm and see if the alarm is the problem.Sold to:

Thanks, good idea about unplugging the brain of the alarm. Now I can see if it is my alarm or not.Originally posted by Koochologist View PostThe gray box I believe is the control box that sends the signal to each door.
