Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    ECU Questions

    Hey all. i dont know if anyone remembers me, i think cb7 shutdown/crashed. i couldnt access it, so i havent done anything with out talking to you guys first. sooooooooooooo

    ok i have a 1990 honda accord 2 door f22a1, manual(full intake and exhaust system). id like to get a P12 ecu but theres a bunch of numbers before and after the " P12 " is that like a revision number or lot number ?
    i.e.
    37740-P12-A01
    37820-P12-L51
    37820-P12-A00

    what numbers should i be around ??
    or whats best for my manual f22a1 ??

    37820 = Honda's ECU Part Number
    Example (AAA-BCD)
    AAA = Ecu Model
    B = Region (A - US 49 State Emissions,L - California Emissions, 0 or J - Japan, Q -Australian, G - Europe)
    C = Manual or Automatic Designation (5, 7, 9 are automatic)
    D = Revision Number

    The best ecu for you at the moment is a p12

        $130? No way. Try using car-part.com to go through local junkyard inventories, if a price is not listed, call! I wouldn't pay more then $50 for any ecu, unless its really considered unobtainium.

        The real question is... how much is 10hp max worth to you?

          ok ill check it out iv look in junk yards around me and have 0 luck so ebay was my last resort.
