Running into a bit of a driveability issue with my 91 lx. Recently swapped in an h23 manifold, I deleted the iab runners and kept the f22a1 pcm that I used when I did a manual swap. It seems at part throttle cruise speeds the car will jerk and buck, almost seems like the iac is cycling for no apparent reason? The car has fresh plugs, wires, cap rotor. No, vacuum leaks, at this point the only thing that makes sense would be a bad iac (cleaned and replaced once) or a pcm for the h23 might be needed. Any other suggestions on where to look/ anybody had an issue like this before?

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

What ecu are you using? List the whole part number on the sticker of the ecu.
Also before you swapped the h23 intake did you clean out the EGR ports?Last edited by cloudasc; 02-03-2012, 03:56 PM.

I gave the manifold and the ports a compelete enema of brake clean, and removed all.the carbon and oil that was visible. I deleted the egr and left the valve plugged in. Im thinking about removing the block off and reinstalling the egr. I'll pull the ecm and get a serial as soon I can. Thanks

What would also cause similiar issues to what your having would be an o2 sensor going bad. You can check to see if your drivability issue is caused by the o2 sensor simply by unplugging it. If the drivability problem doesn't occur with the o2 sensor unplugged, you know the culprit; you can find a Denso or NGK/NTK o2 sensor from rockauto.com for under $40 if needed.
