does this sound like a main fuse problem?

good morning,
i wanted too ask opinions, every morning i try to start my 92 accord ;x just cranks winds and after a few times it'll start or i flood the thing and have to wait. but later in the morning when it warms outside it'll start up. just a mention i never replaced the fuel filter against the firewall under hood. thanks for reading

It's a good maintenance to replace the fuel filter. But I doubt that is the cause of your problem. What I would do and it works for me is to cycle the key ignition on 2X. Turn the key all the way without cranking, leave for a few seconds, then turn off, then turn back on, it should starts quicker. If it does not, then check the starter, it might be going. The reason you cycle the key so the pump push the fuel up to start easier. The car is old and so is the pump. As long a fuel pressure is good while the car is running, just cope with it as replacing the pump is expensive.

probably not a main relay, those tend to do more of a no start when it is hot outside. sounds like you should replace the fuel filter just because you can, it is only 5$(or so, get a good one) and a few hours to do it(if you dont know how to) take a video it may help a bit

oh well iv only done it when the motor was out of the car, sooo there is nothing at all in the way
