ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

it can be done, it will be the same as a normal k-series accord swap other than you will need an accord 5spd, tsx 6spd or jdm euroR. just to clarify, all k-series trans. the intake manifold must be swapped for a non drive by wire unit and you will need a custom header do to the single exhaust port of the new k-series. if it were me, providing you actually have this engine in your possession, i would sell this and buy a full k24a2 swap or do a k24a4 and throw in some rods and pistons with a k20a2/z3 head swap. it'll go much smoother. the k24z7 will work it just requires alot of unnecessary work for a k-swap. ive seen few cb7s on here with k-swaps. just search, im sure you can get help.

I guess I'll give you a freebie on that one. I edited for you and the future people who may look at it.

But you should have seen that the B-Series discontinued in 2001, so what did you expect came in CR-Vs from 2002 to the present?

alright my car has developed a problem, it broke a cv axle earlier and it seems something is wrong with the transmission, it will not move in any gear, but if it is in neutral and I release the clutch it acts like its in gear and it will drive forward.

K24Z7 mite be the worst K series motor of all time

Youd seriously do better getting a K24A1

Swapping into a CB isn't worth it though... at this point it would be cheaper to get a 7th gen Accord Coupe

You should start a new thread if you're going to revert to a totally different topic.

If you snapped an axle you could have damaged the clutch and/or the transmission. I snapped an axle a year ago, and damaged both.
