Windshield Fluid Nozzles

Get ford nozzles... the only thing ford ever made that was good, their washer nozzles.. They spray everywhere, instead of one or two places...

I prefer the GM ones they are mounted on the windshield wiper arm.

6th gen accord ones fit, and they spray more of a fan pattern then just 2/4 lines, I cleaned the shit out of mine and they still clogged every other day. Sometimes ya just gotta give up and move on to something that works.

Mines stock and it works "shrug" I use that rain x shit from wal mart cheap and easy.

the left sideof mine sprayover the top of my car, anyway to adjust it?

look at the top of the thread at like the third post.......

use a needle to adjust the angle of the spray and test it til its spraying where you want it to

And you should jam a needle in the hole to clean it out. I suggest, once you have them back on the car (with hood CLOSED) use a push-pin/thumbtack to adjust. just get in yer car and pull the lever. Find out where they need to go and adjust them one-by-one. on mine, 1 of the 4 works awesome, 2 of the 4 work ok, and that last one still isnt working...


I may juse buy brand new replacements. 4th or 6th gen....

I reakon just stop using water to fill the tank, I use windex window cleaner to fill the container, that does wonders, makes it smell nice, so it won't clog upz.

I reakon your probably better off getting new ones, save all the hassle of trying to un-clog it all.

I bought some all metal washer jets from an auto parts store. They are the fan spray type, and they're adjustable too. I love 'em. They cost me $15, but IMO worth it. The spray pattern is much improved over stock, and installation was easy.

Apparently not a fan of the 9 inch rear end you find in every muscle car or I-beams on all the better off road trucks. Hmmm, silly if you ask me. Off topic, sorry.

I'm not sure why so many are having consistent problems but since the 3+ years I've had my CB, I've only had 1 clogged nozzle and I've also rerouted the hose to avoid that tight 90* bend @ the hinge. My setup's been really dependable.

I robbed mine off an RSX-S at a junkyard, they have a nice fine mist and work great!
