H.I.D install

I just got my HID kit had 2 question about it.

1. Do i need a fuse between the power. (OEM harness to Ballast)

2. do i need a relay anywhere in the install?

yeah, it is advisable to put a fuse in the wiring and a relay is required to power the wiring if it is a retrofit.

it should've come with an inline fuse and a realy if it is a plug and play kit. if not go to ebay and buy a hid harness and it will work great, cuz thats what i have and no problems yet

Just get an HID harness of ebay. It has built-in fuse and relay. Works great.

Depends on the kit. The kit I bought didnt use one. Plugged into the stock headlight socket and the ballast.

ya i just plugged it all up. The fucked up thing is theres no high beam

you mean your stock high beams or the hid kit has no high beam? usually cars with h4 low and h4 high the hid kits for them are more expensive
