    New Grille

    Just put on my new 90-91 grille on my 93 CB. I gutted the inside and put in the mesh. I think it looks alot better, and fits well too.

    Before: (I also had the blue accents white)

    After:

    86 4Runner - 22RE 5spd, 4" Lift, 35x12.5R15 BFG Km2's, 4.10 gears

        I'm going to paint the mesh black. I'll prob leave the outside chrome for now.

            I had to grind down and cut my 90-91 grille to fit, you didnt have too?

            Looks good btw! color match imo.

              I made it fit. I was going to sand and reshape it but I wanted it on asap. I just pursaded it to go where I wanted it to. It fit's better than I thought it would.

                    Lol i did the same thing...fits great after I had a fight with it...also it looks like you dont have the cut out of the chrome on the bottom where the H was...did u do something to it? or can i just not see the cut out because of the angle?

                      Remove the chrome and then cut out the middle portion of the H. You'll end up with a hole in the middle and it all flimsy but when you put the chrome back on it is fine.

                            submerge the chrome piece of the grille in a tub of bleach, with enough to cover the grille. let it sit for a day or longer, and the chrome paint will come off.

                            there's a DIY on the site, if you search i'm sure you'll find it.
