I asked how to fit these mirrors a long time ago and a member from NY posted his on his coupe, so I knew it was possible.
Bought some spoon replica mirrors from a 94 integra and started cutting :]
Stock vs. Spoon

more pics!
Finished off the passenger side, and took better pics. Thankfully there was still enough light for my camera phone to take nicer pictures.

Half way done, just need to get them sent to be painted
As you can see, the fitment is pretty good! Only at the corners does it overlap the chrome trim just a bit, but I chose to not make it flush because it'd lose the little lip the base plate has, and it'd look cheap real fast.
Best part of all, passenger side has pretty good visibility! A lot of spoon replica/authentic mirror owners say all they see is the ground on that side, but I can see pretty well out of the passenger side.
And to the people who dont like not being able to fold their mirrors
Check out the difference between folded oem and the spoon mirror

not that significant!

Havent installed the passenger side yet, ran out of time. Took a good while to get it to work.
Things I had to do:
-Trim down the base plate
-Dremel off the mounting posts where the screws would go
-Glue back on the mounting posts in the correct positions, so they line up with the holes the accord mirror area.
I hate measuring lol. I'll get better pics when I find my camera.
The plan is to leave the base plate black and paint the outer portion white.
I know you guys are going to say, "Why did you go from a folding mirror to one that doesnt fold?" It's because I like the way the spoons look :]
I'll make a DIY if I feel like it or if there's demand.
