I honestly think the plastic mesh on that ebay one looks like crap.

The 90-91 grille is simple to hollow out. 92-93 requires more effort, but is also not hard.

Both grills will require fiberglass or bonding work to fill in gaps when removing the H emblem.

Personally I suck at working with both, so I went with TAS's "type R" grill. The mesh could be cut out and replaced if you wanted to go with the aluminum look, or painted.

Is that 3M Dinoc? I see at least one seam, how many did you have to do? I couldn't get mine to wrap in one piece without having some wrinkling in the corners and I didn't want to have that or seams.

yeah the grain changes at the light hits it differently just like real carbon fiber. Its really 3D.The picture and videos don't do it justice, you have to see it to see how it really looks.
I used a few different peaces because thats how the real stuff is. I could have used one sheet and done alot of work with the heat gun. When you heat it it will get softer so you can stretch. you can make it blend and use as meany peaces as you want but It looks super real. I didn't try to blend it tho because I want a certain look.

This is how you blend it > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2mBc...eature=related
