        i was driving along today and the check engine light came on.
        i pulled over and looked under the hood.
        the engine was still there...
        ...silly light!

              oh.. i extended it backward toward the engine, almost 1". i used some ABS from some cheap stackable bin lids and epoxy. they're about the same width and rigidity. there are several support pieces epoxied underneath that bridge between the original grille part and the additional ABS pieces. i suppose you could use the fins that have to be cut out anyway.

                  I love it, absolutely fucking love it. And I've been looking to get in contact with you about purchasing one.

                          i guess the pic hosting ran out, so they're all rehosted below.

                          it attaches on the bottom, like OEM, and on either end of the upper part, like OEM.

                          it's made from the stock 92-93 grill.
