As far as I know all you'll need is the whole bumper l, a set of 92-93 headlights and 92-93 grill and of course the 92-93 bumper lights

      Don't forget the corner lights...

To the OP, what you listed is the MINIMUM that you need to do the swap. If you want it to fit better with minimal gaps between the bumper and headlights, then you will need to get everything else that alekp92jdm and I listed. GL

Aren't the headlights the same size for any year? The only difference is in where the horizontal bend in the glass is located, high or low. The headlights and corners should be from the same year as each other so they match, yes, but all you should need to convert either bumper to the other is the complete bumper (outer skin with the metal support attached) and the correct grille. A 9091 grille drops too low because of the 9293's lip in between the headlights, and the 9293 grille will leave a gap over a 9091 bumper. Go to a junkyard, find the two nuts in the bay and the two bolts behind each of the bumper turn signals, and the whole thing should pull right off with a loud SCREEEEEECH.

No. The bottom portion of the headlights on a '92-'93 stick out slightly farther. This is also evident in the top portion of the bumper. There will be a gap when looking down on the bumper from above if the '90-'91 headlights are used with a '92-'93 bumper. Some have been able to tighten it up better than others but the right way to fix it is to use matching design parts.
