I need help with a DIY black housed headlight(help)

so I'm about to tackle this project this coming weekend and just wanted to know from you guys on where can I get the yellow paint for the highbeam like the jdm one piece headlight. walmart has these special paint to where you can apply them on crome and youll still be able to see the crome plus the paint. so just wondering if you guys know where? thanks fellas!
