Maroon Int Leather??

i saw one today i was in awe maroon full interior, i hate maroon but this was a first for me cuz i thought only se's had the leather. also it was 92 ex coupe 180k on it auto, very clean but had a lil spot of rust on the right rear qtr. that was it.

there is a 92-93 silverstone(i think) with maroon interior. Not my cup of tea but leather is leather lol

When I hear red or maroon leather, I think immediately of a 1980s Cadillac Brougham and a mid-80s Lincoln Town Car... both with the squishy leather that when you take a corner you have to hold on to the steering wheel for dear life or you're falling into the door or the passenger seat regardless of the position of the seatbelt.

I have maroon leather in my donor 92 se... Its silver. I'm swapping it into my 90 coupe as soon as I figure out how to get the manual belts in.

I've seen every interior color for the CB done in leather, be it coupe or sedan. Had to have been a dealer option.

Well, my knowledge on the subject is that from the factory...the only colors were Black in the 91 SE and tan in the 91, 93 SE. However, I'm sure there were dealers out there that went ahead and had kits installed into their car for mark-up. I highly doubt someone with the LX would spring nearly a grand for aftermarket leather after they bought the car. But in the same there are too many cars around with leather to make this not a dealer done thing.

Besides black, SE's had a optional cream color leather... it wasn't exactly tan but not white either. Those came in that weird blue/greenish colored accords.

My '92 EX coupe has maroon leather. I like it; it matches the pinstripe, and goes well with Rosewood brown. My only complaint is that everything up to the bottom of the pillars is maroon, but then the pillars and headliner are really light gray. And as far as maroon interiors in general are concerned, the floormats fade, and end up looking terrible.
