      Hey EJ,

      I could help...

      1. Disconnect the battery (negative first then positive) and remove the cover and fuse of the SRS system (that's located in the driver’s side fuse box) using a small flat head screwdriver. Let it sit for a while. (I don't know how long, but long enough for any residual power to dissipate.)

      2. Remember that RED plug I connected to the airbag?

Remove that from the airbag connector and connect it to the plug on the SRS

      3. Screw in the two torx screws (the ones that I gave you) on both sides of the airbag.

      4. Reinsert fuse / fuse cover, reconnect battery, and install all covers.

Please anyone, correct me if I'm wrong but that should be it... Let me know how it comes out.

I'm not sure whether or not you had an airbag attached to begin with. Was the light on because there was no airbag attached?

the light is on because the airbag had deployed in the past...

the light comes on when there is a problem with the system... if you have a good airbag installed and the light is still on, dont replace the airbag again, thats not your problem. but yeah if youve been driving around with the popped-open steering wheel, putting an actual good airbag into the wheel should make the light turn off.

hopefully that works... I though that the srs module needs to be replaced as well, its like a one time use thing. But maybe thats only on newer cars.

Well sumpin broke(LOL) Now when I turn the car off I HEAR 5 BEEPS!!!! WTF OVER? I know its a code but I looked in me bulshit manual and nothing there. It sounds like its coming from the center of the dash. Just to throw a wrench into the work No SRS light on after engine start
