Believe it or not, I still get a lot of PM's and posts regarding my headlight setup. For those people who haven't messaged me and have questions regarding both the retrofit and/or cutoff on my headlight retrofit setup, please refer to the pictures below.

Nowadays, anyone can probably get a retrofit of their own if they buy their own parts and retrofit their own headlights. Expected estimate cost:
-1 complete pair S2K Projectors Headlights Housing $100 (if lucky)
-1 Pair Philips Ultinon D2S 6000K $250
-1 Pair OEM Hella Ballast $175
-3 BMW DDE CCFL Kit $70
-1 eBay Aftermarkt Proj. Headlights $130
-------
$725 total expected cost + 6hrs retrolabor

For those of you trying to attempt to recreate my setup, please refer below for your reference.

DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for any damages, by choosing to do this you take on all liability.
PLEASE NOTE: My friend Vue XenonKiller99 told me to tell everyone he's "retired" from retrofitting headlights. He won't even help me to make a new set if I were to screw this current setup. Sorry.

Custom Retrofitted Aftermarket One-Piece Headlights with S2000 Projector Lenses with Modified* Shield
- 6000K Phillips Ultinon D2S HID bulbs
- HELLA HID Ballasts
- 6000K Ultra White CCFL DDE Halos
- BMW E46 Xenon Shrouds
- Amber LED Corner Bulbs
*Modified Shield for deeper violet band and intense flicker

*I suggest not trying this on your own,as it is very easy to damage the cut-off if you do not have any prior experience modifying as such.

NOTE: If you're ballin' on a budget you may consider using TSX projectors as opposed to S2K that I had utilized on my car as S2K projectors are significantly more in price (however, in my opinion the output is that much better).

PARTS LIST
- JDM or Aftermarket One-Piece Headlights
- S2000 Projector Lenses
- 6000K Phillips Ultinon D2S HID bulbs
- HELLA HID Ballasts
- 6000K Ultra White CCFL DDE Halos
- BMW E46 Xenon Shrouds
- Amber LED Corner Bulbs (4)

I bought some parts off of Craigslist, and eBay. Other parts like the LED corners and CCFL DDE Halos I bought off specialty automotive websites (but you can get those off of eBay as well).

Once you get all the parts if you attempt to retrofit this yourself, please note that the E46 CCFL Halos do NOT fit without MAJOR modification. If you can, get smaller halos (although it will give a different look it will be significantly easier to install).
