my dash lights nor my taillights work. my wire harness for my radio was cut whe I bought it. don't know if that has anything to do with it. head lights work tho. just no dash or taillights. my wipers used to come on by themselves once upon a time but I rock rain-x and loosed the wipers arm nuts. any ideas?

Have you checked the fuses? Sounds like the cut radio wiring may have shorted out causing a fuse to blow.
