2 cans engine degreaser
1 can CD2 engine detailer
Get both at your local parts store, follow directions, piece of cake.
I did this to the Civy and it brought everything back to jerry curl show room shine. You can't go wrong with CD2. One can of CD2 should last you a long long long time.
Here's a short PDF w/ before/after pics of a guy protecting then detaling his DOHC w/ CD2. Oh and I'd recommend against the CD2 combo pack, just get regular ole spray engine degreaser, will be a lot cheaper.
