    front speaker removal?

Yeah...i checked my haynes manual, and it said that there are screws on the bottom of the speaker cover....and i go to look, and theres no screws.

i tried to search, and all cb7tuner.com gave me was this.

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home/cbatune/public_html/vbb/search.php on line 976"

anyway, can anybody help me out? is it held in by clips or something?

    thanks

Some CB7s have removable speaker grills, some don't. Yet another thing Haynes is clueless about. Take the whole door panel off instead.

      Hints, in random order:

      1. The armrest doesn't need to come off but it helps to have a third hand while trying to disconnect the power-window wire behind it later.
      2. After you take out the screw for the opener-pull handle, the plastic trim part of it slides toward the front of the car before it'll come out.
      3. Various clips around the perimeter of the door panel, just pull the panel.
      4. A few screws to first take out; they'll be behind covers.

There's also a thread in the main Audio subforum with a few pics. Stickied! Cain't miss it: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=4158
