Audio format Qion movie

Ok i just installed a Dual TV headunit. Now i want to burn some music videos and watch them in the car. I tried a few with the mpeg format but it said it didnt support the format. Does anyone know what format movies i need to download to watch them in the car, thanks.

what type of headunit bro....look up the specs online and it should tell you what is compatible....i dont think this topic requires two threads.
