Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    if i had the money i would. and ive heard both sides. as in, its robbing power and not giving any. And I didnt say that it produces hp, actually i dont think it does at all. all i said was it helps out my cars hesitation when in low rpms and from a dead stop.

    edit: it helps from idle to about 3k rpm in first and second. after that its pretty much useless. cause when i used to take 1st and grab second it would just bark tires, now it wheel hops about 3-4 times, dont kno if that much different but it w/e.

      no not all wrx's are turbo, the older version is awd but naturally aspirated. my friend has one.

          haha damn that drama above is funny as shit. im not a certified mechanic but i've been working in our shop(community auto repair) with my dad for as long as i can remember. lol. when i get out of high school this year im goin for culinary arts degree to make some mad cash but after that wyo-tech so i can take over tha family business.

                      The pics you are going to show are of that little electric motor though. The thread I started was not for one of those because I already know that those do more hurt then good. The pic I wanna see is of the kind of electric motor I put in my first post. If I had the time, I would try to get one of those to work but right now I don't have much spare time. Someone try it and post pics and dyno! lol
