KMS info anyone!

ok guys i tried searching for kms but i wouldn't let me bc it is too short. but anyway i was looking into kms for a complete racing design engine. i would send in a f22 block and head and have them do all the work. now some say that the internals do not fit well. however, if i have them do all the work there it should be fine right. i mean i want to get the stage 3 P&P with complete valvetrain. does anyone have experiene with KMS? quality? service? any help would be appreciated. i am also looking into dhracing...just want to get something to compare against. THANKS!

my friend has a KMS valvetrain in his B16, mated w/ CTR cams, going on for about 4 years now and hasn't had any problems.

its gonna take alot more than just buying parts to beat Cisco's buildup. he's got his research down to the point where he knows WHO, HOW, and WHEN a bolt was made
seriously though, research is key. and try to speak to those who are knowledgeable and has/had experience in this type of performance mods;

yea i've been talking to hondafan alot. and he def knows his shit. i don't intend on "beating" anyone. i just have my ideas, research them, then go for it. and yes i am going all out, not holding back one ounce. built block, head, custom IM and TB, hefty ass auto tranny lol, direct port nitrous injection (150shot)
by the spring well hopefully i will have the tb (tappered 74/69mm)and intake manifold done along with rest of exhaust done (dcsports header or bissimoto header, random cat, and 2.5in piping). and by the end of the summer the head will be done along with a compeltely new oil system( moroso pan, pick-up, toga pump). i'm still trying to find out who is best to get this work done, dh-racing or kms. so doing research on both companies.

i had major problems with them...
I ordered valvesprings, titanium retainers, stainless valves, and bronze guides.
The only thing that fit was the valves.
The guides were too fat.
The valvesprings were way skinnier then the oem f22 ones. I think they were for a d-series... They didnt come with new lower retainers. They sent me some. The valvesprings were binding like a mofo
Called them, and they blew me off and sent me another set of titanium retainers cut deeper.
Still binding springs...
They told me to take out the lower retainers and run without them.
I told him to go fuck himself...
They sent me another set of springs. Same springs but cut shorter.
Damn coils did not bind, but there was not .050" clearance between each winding. More like .010".
I called them again and said i'm returning this stuff. They gave me problems....
I sent the stuff back, besides the stainless valves i used.
They tried to charge me even more for the 2nd set of springs. About 4-5 months passed by, and i sent them an email everyweek telling them if they dont refund my money i'm taking them to court...
Eventually they credited my card...
I did not like doing business with them.

well i would have them install all the stuff there so they have to deal with firment issues lol. i want them to do all the machine work and install the valvetrain.

They say dhracing is good...talked to dave and he gave me a deal on 85mm 9:1 CR forged pistons...too back i can't buy them right now.

o i know bout dhracing....that who i am going through as of now but i wanted to do some comparing a sommore research on different possible companies. i wanna do this right the first time around u know. check out my f22 N/A build thread in N/A forum!!!!!!
