Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

You should invest in a wideband O2 and a laptop if you plan to mess with the fuel. That's the safe and accurate bet. Otherwise, it's only a guess and is in no way accurate. Do you have any major air flow mods like port & pol. or 2.5" exhaust or anything like that? I think 36PSI might be too low even if you only had just an intake. You might be better off running the factory injectors @ like 46-48PSI. Like I said, to get it accurate, you need to find someone with a laptop and wideband or buy it yourself.

BTW, you don't NEED the laptop for the W.B. but the datalogging feature is very nice. You could just get a W.B. that connects to a seperate gage.

i have the fpr set at 40psi or so aem said is was preset at. could it really just be too little fuel pressure???? and i need to find a fuel pressure gauge as well....autozone?pepboys? i have aem sr intake, 2" exhaust, also have complete ignition upgrade. and 40psi is when it is cold right? i always figured too much fuel was being delivered therefore hard start. but when it does start up, boom it runs fine.
