Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

you honestly dont need a cam.....yet
1)-10.3 mm wires dont mean anything-go with oe set of ngk or 8mm accell or equivalent.
2)-junk the bosch platinum 4's and pick-up ngk plug or ngk iridium plugs. oe and stock is better.
3)-teach yourself to drive manual then swap the tranny to manual.
4)-your build doesnt require a new cam yet. you should yank the head off at least and get a port job. someone on here can sell you a reground cam or look online. f22parts.com sells a nice set of upgraded valve springs for wwhat i know was 149.99 you may find cheaper online else where.
5)- basically at this point you should worry about upgrading you fuel and ignitoin 1st. before worring about messing with the head.

goodluck your off to a great start though.

    regards x
