Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    ECU Swap?

What ECU swap would I need with these modifications I'm adding to my F22A1?

    H23 Intake Manifold
    F22A4 Downpipe/Header
    F22A6 Cam

Are you looking for an ecu that will control the IAB's on the H23 and be able to throw the fuel at the A6 Cam. If you are then I would say a PT6 A01 would be plug and play for what you are adding.

Unless you where looking to goto a chipped ECU. Then I would say get yourself a chipped P06 with IAB support. If you do go the chipped ECU route it will open up your tuning possibilities for future mods. larger cam bigger injectors or boost.

*Note A chipped ECU will require extra $$$ for tuning. I do not recomend running a chipped ECU un-tuned.

if you aren't doing the H23 swap for awhile and have access to a p12 ecu, that instantly gives you 10hp just by swapping ECUs. The prelude S has the f22a1 with 135 hp with this ECU so that would be an EASY 10hp that would take less than 2 min. to install. The ecu is located underneath the passenger carpet in front.
