Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

      looks cold, working outside with the car in the snow.. cold here to:P working with the car in -5 celsius:P

              im not going to berunning a/c, not that hot in ohio durring the summer with the windows down. this manifold is a DRAG gen 1 manifold, i bought it off of oneoffaccord (Larry) a while back used for $90. i was also told it looked like the old Revhard manifolds too... but i know for sure this one is a DRAG.. funny how so many companies used this design back in the day...so cool.

                so ive been kicking around a few ideas for when i get started back on the motor build and now building the rest of the car...i thought about saving a few things hat i want to do/buy until after i get the car back on the road... i added up some stuff and it was $6500 and i still didnt have my ic pipe/supplies, gaskets, bearings, new im, tires, any tuning software, axles, new interior pieces, nothing for my traction bar and roll cage, and a few odds/ends. so i think im just going to save a few things for later on.. i have a few ideas off the top of my head..

                cf trunk
                cf hood (MAYBE)
                roh big brake conversion
                red/clear tails
                rear disc swap
                bigger sway bars

                i that if i try to buy it all at once, it will take so much longer to finish.. i want to do the car right though...


                i guess i just want some insight for those of you that take the time and view my threads. THANKS ALOT GUYS!!!!

                  bigger brakes are always a good upgrade and in my opinion I would consider a c/f hood before a c/f trunk, but thats just me

                              i ran into a problem.. i just got my downpipe.. and the turbo exhaust flange is smaller on the dp compared to my turbo.. only like three bolts will line up... is there two different 5 bolt flanges or what????
