well i just finished up, all i need is the stuff i said i do.
i started the car to see if it would start and it did, hear the turbo spool and everything.....but......ofcorse.......i have an oil leak

right on the oil inlet part on teh turbo, the damn adaptor is screw in but it wobbles, somethings wrong with it so im a get a new one and if it still does it im a get some telon lock shit.

also....my gauges is not showing boost, is this normal sense the hondas not made to see boost? the gauge just still shows vac ( i want to know because i wanna make sure i install the gauge right and theres nuffin wrong)

also have another question.....the BOV, i just run that str8 to a vacuum source correct??? i ran it to a vacuum line off teh manifold that is not being used, is that ok, thanks guys.

your boost gauge will not show boost unless you are boosting. you shouldnt be able to boost more than a pound or two without the car moving so your gauge will usually only go to 0. remember the engine has to be under load for it to build boost.

second you did hook up your bov correctly it just needs a line from the intake manifold.

ok..I am jealus now..I am waitin on all my parts to arrive, but when they do...oh man! I may jsut get impatient, and do it in winter! lol. Anyway, psot a pic of the boost gauge t-fiting, or whatever you used. Also, where'd u get all that ic piping? wanna post a list of EVERYTHING u got, and how much u spent, and where u got it? I am gonna when I get all my stuff together..

            -A. Swift

Also, y is everyone cutting the pan, and jb welding stuff? I'd go with a block adapter. It goes where the oil filter did, and the filter screws onto that. Then, this adapter has 3 spots u could hook stuff up to it..oil feed, oil pressure sendint unit..etc..

a block adaptor is only good for pressure sources not for drainage. but in all reality the propper way to drain into the pan is to drill a hole and weld a barb or fitting onto it. thats what i did. no leaks here! jb weld should never be used on a car especially when looking for reliability.

oh, also, u runnin safc, or what? runnin a boost timer, or no? 10 psi..sounds like what i wanna run..did u move your fans, or was there room? my buddy had to remove his, on his h22, since the mani got in the way. if u got cooling issues..I'd do the following..

-remove the wheel well covers, the front undertray plastic thingy, and wire the fans to a remote, so u can run the fans after driving, to cool the car down, as well as have them runnin all the time..

about the oil adaptro, we all have that, we jb weld the oil return to teh oil pan. u are talking about the oil sensor spot, thats where u get teh oil from for ur turbo but u need a spot to dish the oil back, and that is to the oil pan.

also ill get pics of the T fitting tomorrow for u ( i kno u been asking alot for it).

about the gauge and bov, just wanted to make sure, thanks.

now all i have to do is fix the oil leak

oh yeah..i kinda forgot that the turbo doesn't keep teh oil, it hasta return it..lol. Taht block adapter was used wit my friend's h22 turbo setup. So, it's for a gauge reading, oil pressure sending unit, and oil feed for the turbo? I am thinkin if it's worth getting one..I already got my oil gauge hooked up, so yeah...hmm...

so, how do I do the oil return then? dril a hole in the pan, then what? I need a new pan gasket anyway, so this will be a good time to do it..lol

there is no such thing as an oil pan adaptor th only way to create a oil return line is to drill a hole in the pan and install a fitting.

the only adaptors for oiling a turbo are for the feed line.
