Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

That would cause the car to not be as fast...not sputter/spit.

And his airfuel would be richer if there were a boost leak..so that's definetly not it.

Correction..after thinking about it ..I take that back..

If it was tuned for various psi levels..than his airfuel wouldn't change..

Still wouldn't be the culprit for the sputter thou..

I had a GReddy kit with e-manange on a EP3...spit and sputtered like hell = Boost leak

Took me forever to find it because I didn't think it was that either...I was just throwing it out there, doesn't cost anything to tighten couplers

I had the same problem at full boost, I replaced wires, coil, and got an MSD 6A ignition, once I did that I had no more problems. Might be time to upgrade the ignition. I know that an OEM ignition should be good enough, but maybe it needs to be replaced
