OK, I have a F22A4 with about 200,000 mls on it that I just swapped out for a f23a(yeh yeh i kno), I wanted to rebuild the the f22a and turbo charge it but I wanted to know out of the f22a and H23 heads, which one is more durable, outlasting and would make significant power when boosted. I didn't search but didnt come up with much. Also I really wanna have some fun with this motor and willing to spend. Wheres best to look for racing pistons, rods, retainers, valves etc for turbo application.
