Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    injector problem

I am using the 450cc injectors from tuner toys(not sure if anyone else on here is using them) and i wasn't sure which seal to use. The stock injectors had the small rubber seals and the plastic rings. The new injectors came with a large rubber seal which didn't look like it would work with the plastic ring. I ended up taking off the stock rubber seals and plastic rings and just using the large rubber seals. Well when I started the car gas went spraying out from the seals. So I replaced the large rubber seals with the stock rubber seals and plastic rings, but I am still getting gas leaking out. Any ideas on which seals to use or how to fix the problem?

Post pics the injectos probably arent installed properly are the injectors on the the top have the tops on the fuel rail. You know there are 2 seals the rubber one at the bottom and the rubber one on top right? post pics.

i got it fixed. the bottom seal was leaking because it wasn't seated properly. i used the stock bottom seals. come to find out i had another leak too. the top o-ring that goes intot the fuel rail ripped a little when i installed it. replaced that o-ring with one off the stock injectors and problem solved.
