Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    F23 Sleeves

I am building a motor to go boost, yes it will be a frank but the rest of the build is hush hush and only a couple of people really know about it. I want to sleeve the f23 block, but darton doesnt sell them. They said they can put in order in for custom sleeves if i can get all the specs/dimensions. I know the f23 are iron sleeved so off the bat they can handle some power, but i dont think 22-28 lbs. I was also wondering if i should resleeve the whole block or just mid-sleeves. any comments or direction on where to find specs on the sleeves would be helpful. thanks.

You wont get an answer weather to sleeve or not if you dont say how many PSI you are going to be running and whats part of your setup. For all i know you could want to run 5 psi and call it hush hush.

And I would honestly say you can run 12PSI almost safely with that block.

12-15 daily, and push 25+ psi. wikked (carlos) and i have the idea and the build underway. i dont even have the car and a part is being purchased this week. the crucial piece. anyways if you know wikked you know what kind of build it is. he talked to someone else and i honestly forgot your name but he has the same setup, but mine will be a lil different. f23/h22. thats the motor of choice. and i all ready know i have to sleeve, i was asking for specs. i all ready know f blocks can handle 11ish 12 psi daily. i (carlos and i) have done our research.

so back to the info of what i need, i had a long talk today with darton, i forgot his name cuz it was through my work email on outlook and i cant get into it out of work, but i will update in the morning. we decided midsleeves will suffice, and i just need the specs. if i can get the specs of the sleeves i can ship them the block and they will install them. so any info, maybe some honda techs are able to get this info for me?? i dunno where to look for this, i googled it and nothing...so anyone, this is crucial in the build. thanks again for the help!!

that helped in the beginning of my research. all i need now are the specs/dimensions of the mid sleeves of the f23 block. that is the last thing and then i start collecting. thanks though i appreciate it.
