Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    Unequal Length Header

I was looking for some information on a unequal length header for our cars. Mainly on a F22A or H22A. Of course it will give you a nice rumble. But I heard it would increase low end power. Not sure really sure as mostly Subaru's run this.

Any ideas for unequal length headers on a F22A/H22A N/A application?

Subies run UEL headers on their turbo cars because that is how they designed the stock manifold. This is also only for their turbo manifolds, where header design is not as critical for making power. A UEL on a naturally aspirated inline 4 doesn't make much sense.

this one is custom made by a member in washington.
it has better primaries, 4-1 collector and a bigger downpipe. it improves torque but not so much on hp. it sounds a little rumbly.

        I <3 G60.

0.5mm Oversized Stainless valves and bronze guides available. Pm me please.

Intresting Design and I actually would like to get my hands on a set of these. I like having Mid range power vs High range power...

Aren't equal-length headers better for turbo applications, for smoother flow?
