    5 lug conversion parts?

Alright so i have been digging around the 5-lug conversion threads all day and maybe its because im tired or what i dunno but i cant seem to figure out EXACTLY what parts are used all said and done. every thread they bought one thing and ended up using something else. So if somebody could help me out and post up an exact parts list for a 5-lug front and rear swap that would be great. i have a 92 EX so i gots ABS. thanks guys

edit: Exclude wheels i have a set of 97+ Galant steelies in my shed with fairly new tires and they are 5x114.3 as is the 97+ Prelude

you can still use your calipers and remember you need 2 fronts and 2 rears.

front prelude rotors and integra type r rear rotors

and i also read something about using your tie rods on the opposite side they are on now. so really all you need is

front prelude knuckles with rotors, rear prelude knucles without rotors, rear integra type r rear rotors, and some wheels, also longer bolts and washers if you have abs

No you use the ones that you already have, unless you have rear drums then you need the calipers for the rear.
