No. You didn't read everything you could find. If you had, you would had noticed the sticky at the top of this section.

Bro I've read that about 5 times and the rest of the tread 2 times. It seems to me that the hardest part is gonna be braking nuts and compressing the springs to get the mounting hardware off.

I read that thread over and over, then printed off the first post. I did the suspension install by my self in about 3 hours. It was the first thing I worked on when I got my Accord. I knew nothing of Accords, or Hondas for that matter. If I could do it, anyone can.

Yeah, I used the suspension thread my first time too, good info.

One note that's not in there: It is 100% safe to remove the strut nut without compressing the spring IF you use a socket wrench to remove it with a rug over the spring assembly and your foot on the rug. Socket catches the nut and rug dampens the spring rebounding. Nothing bad can happen and it's perfectly safe, I've done it alot of times.

Oil the end of the strut rod so it won't spin when trying to remove the last few threads and be done with it. The reason people say not to do this is because some idiots use open end wrenches and the nut knocks their buddy out across the shop when it flys off. Dampen and catch the nut with a deep socket and you'll be amazed how easy it is.

Ive always used a floor jack to compress the springs. works perfect and works great moving other parts up and down to where you need them so you dont have to hold it up yourself.
