Question about tranny

Ok i was looking for a new engine and a guy has a sh H22A but it has this M2U4 - USDM Type SH tranny and he says its LSD but is that true and is it possible to tell if its an auto or manual cuz i asked him and no response

I have been reading different forums and they say SH Tranny are bad....

But I could be wrong... Let see what the other members have to say...

manual tranny are much smaller and lighter than automatic. LSD tranny differential housing is much larger that normal

i hope someone helps figure if is bad.

i know one of the engines you have to make a plate so the half shaft will line up right i hope its not this one cuz the engine and tranny are cheap

Eh If im thinking right its got the ATTS, not sure how that all works though.
