    timing belt jumped help!

alright so i have my F22B on the engine stand and i pulled the top timing belt cover off and started to spin the crank pulley to set it at TDC and well the timing belt jumped a tooth on the cam gear.. what do i do?

    http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=55332
i referenced to this thread and im not sure if its the same but in my flex plate i see the red and white marks but with the cam gears at TDC (it popped off at TDC) its not even close to those marks its closer to the actual timing line.. Im stumped and i dont even want to touch it right now so help guys

Justs correct it. Take the timing belt off, move crank to TDC, move cams to TDC, tighten everything up. Make sure you spin it counter clockwise.

ok so it wont hurt it? and it should be on the white mark for the flexplate and at TDC on the cams correct??

ok i see so i turn it counter clockwise with the belt still on to turn it back around to TDC and put the two punches in the top part to hold the cams in that postition and turn the crank in the same direction to line up the white T line on the flex plate to the pointer on the block then reinstall timing belt correct??
          Like this??
          (images keep changing)
am i right? please correct me

            ^^Yep thats right.
Because they are so far out, you want to turn the crank slowly and if you feel more resistance than normal stop.
You may be better to take the belt off and set the cams straight, rather than turning the crank with the belt on.

ok i went ahead and turned the crank with the belts installed till they wher at TDC then put some allen drivers in there cuz they fit perfect and i didn't have the 5.0mm punches and took the belt off then turned the crank to line up with the white mark and reinstalled the timing belt.
