    F22B starting problem

    We've done this swap for my buddy got everything hooked up and all that. Well it ran for a few days on a dizzy i had but we never could figure out why it was running so poorly. Figured it was tps since the one that was on it was shot. Well the other night he turned it off but couldn't get it to start back up. He was throwing a code 15, got a new dizzy. Well now the car won't start even with this one. External coil is on everything. It sounds like it wants to start even had a few cracks, almost firing but still won't. I've asked around said maybe compression maybe this or that. Well he has spark and fuel but we can't figure out if it ran for a few days on two cylinders why would it lose compression.

    Does anyone know what we can check or do to get this car back on the road.

      f22b no start

      have you checked the main relay? mine was doing the same thing and it turned out to be that relay. check it out and let me know what happened

          both of these are very good places to start since you already checked for fuel. I am having the same problem with mine it, its not starting it may be a main relay or a clogged fuel filter or fuel pump I just haven't gotten a flare wrench to check my filter yet.

            to all the above questions...
            firing order has been checked it is correct
            car started fine once we 1st put the motor in on my H dizzy but the one i had layin in the garage only made it fire on 2 cylindars but it did run but died one night and hasnt started ever since
            its getting fuel we know that we due to sprayin the starting fluid into the TB so idk what else to do but i'll check it all again

            could timing or compression be an issue?

                Make sure you didn't put the distributor 180 degrees out, When you put it in it should slide in all the way against the head, you should not have to force it. Take the distributor out and turn the key way around and see if that is you problem, also check you camshaft timing.
