Search some more on here, I know of 1 or 2 guys to have done it successfully on here. I have done it a few years ago but never got it to idle properly.

i did a f23 head on a f22 block. i ported an polished it then port matched it to the stock intake manifold shaved the head .09 or some shit like that. got 225 psi in each cylinder and flowed really good, pulled stupid hard for a single and i never got it to crack v. basically the same as doing f22b1 swap. or some guys are taking that block and putting the f22a head on it and they are stupid fast.
