Is it cranking but just not turning over, or are you getting nothing at all? An engine needs fuel, spark, and air to run, check each of the systems for faults. Fuel pump/filter/main relay/injectors, spark plugs/wires/coil/distributor. Could be as simple as a bad ground (or blown fuse if you're getting nothing). A lot of things can cause this issue, and it's very hard to diagnose a problem over the internet. Are you getting a CEL?

My car died on me recently, the motor was going out because i blew something in it and it was knocking bad. I still drove that mtfker. It wouldnt crank/start up anymore. Turns out, my batteries dead lol. Check that =] when the tow guy came, we jump started it and it started up fine. Just that theres a bad knock. Are your dash lights dull? What about your horn? Still loud? If all your lights, and speakers etc etc still work, then nahh its not your battery.
EDIT:
Do you even get a tick when you turn the key?

Yeah, then if you're getting nothing check grounds and fuses. Make sure that ground on the starter is actually on and not just held on by the rubber boot. After I did a tranny swap mine was just barely touching and it took long cranks to turn the engine over. No contact means no movement. It can be the littlest things sometimes, and it makes you feel stupid! Yes, grounds and fuses.
