Vaccum Line help and mystery plug help

ok got a h22a i swapped in my car.
its running high in rpms like around 2000. took alot of the vaccum lines coming from the black box and plugged them on the intake. now its running around 1500. I think my map sensor is messing up.
gonna try swapping that out with another. i got a cel 3
but the question i have. that black box that holds the map sensor and such i was told to just take the whole thing out.
do i keep the black canister? and what about the lines coming from that to the EGR valve?

engine runs fine and everything doesnt misfire but here's a few problems im running into

    -Fan dont turn on-
-got no reading on the cluster for oil temp

i got a plug on the drivers side of the engine and im not sure what it is.
im posting some pics so if you guys can give me your opinion and suggestions i would be very thankful

heres a link for that mystery plug i dont know where it goes. im thinking it deals with why my fan isnt turning on

i dont have a facebook so i cant see the pics..

I have no clue what plug youre talking about..also for the charcoal canister it controls emissions and is required in a state that controls emissions..mostly cali..

if your fans dont turn on then it could be a plug that isnt connected, but it could also be a relay, fuse and other things..

awesome now i remember what that plug goes to. lol
          thanks alot guys

          but now my next problem

whats the correct way of fixing my vaccum lines?

like where do i put the vacumm hoses that come from the evap canister that connect to the black box? since the black box is gone .

ive looked at the vacuum diagrams on the stickys and i just get confused.
ive blocked most of the vacuum lines inlets on the intake,

just need some help guys. this things a gas hog

Im guessing you got a chipped ECU? then remove the evap canister. run the red vaccum line from the hard line that came from the gas tank to your intake manny. itll keep it from dumping gas fumes into your interior. with a chipped ECU you can remove all that hippy environmental crap. you will still need a map sensor still though

just a note also, if your ecu isnt chipped/tuned and you remove/block egr. vtec will not engage, and thats no fun.. and hell yea get rid of the big ole black box and canister, just mount the map and egr stuff somewhere inconspicuous looks so fresh. although the canister is supposed to help the enviorment, i guess it depends on how green you wanna be. lol

well im moving to arizona from ohio very soon and im trying to get it running good so i dont get horrible gas mileage.
keeping it green? umm i kept my cat on. i hear az has strict rules when it comes to cars. so i guess as much green as i can.
at this point im not sure what to do with some of the vacuum lines.
i took the line from the egr to one of the lines from the intake and it stopped smoking but ran kinda rough.
i've rewired the map sensor from the one of the stickys and im still geting a cel for it.

                could really use some help.

would anyone have any pictures of thier engine bay with a h22 swap done? pics would help out greatly
