Differences in ECUs

I have a question about ECUs.

What are the differences between a P13 ECU for an H22 with an auto trans as opposed to a P13 ECU for an H22 with a 5-speed manual trans? Are they interchangeable?

No they arent the same so dont even fuck with if your cars a 5speed get a 5speed if its a auto ecu get the auto.

i have a 5spd car. and i put my friends p13 auto to see the difference. for me it was the same only thing different was that the engine idled when it was in neutral. it was jumping like 500prms. other then that performance felt the same
